What we collect on this site

When you fill out a form on this site, you may share your name, email, phone, and a short message about the apartment or the property you want to discuss. If you check the SMS consent box, we may text you about your inquiry.

What we do with it

Form submissions are forwarded to our internal leasing workflow (Slack + our system of record). This website does not keep a copy. Your information is used only to answer your inquiry, schedule a tour, or discuss management of your property.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your information.
• We do not send marketing email from this site. Any email you receive comes from our leasing team.
• We do not display individual staff emails on public pages. All inbound goes through department mailboxes.

Applications and screening

Rental applications are completed in DoorLoop, our system of record. Screening, credit checks, income verification, and lease documents are handled inside DoorLoop under their own privacy policy. Every applicant is screened using the same criteria in the same order. Housing vouchers are welcome.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses basic cookies required for the site to work. We use Google Analytics 4 for aggregate, privacy-respecting traffic measurement (page views and a small set of conversion events like tour bookings and form submissions). We do not use it to identify individual visitors, and we do not sell or share this data.
