Find an apartment you like on the listings page, click Apply, and complete the online application. Screening runs within 48 hours of a complete application.

Are apartments furnished?

Most private apartments are unfurnished unless noted. Coliving rooms are furnished. The listing tells you which is which.

What is the application fee and income requirement?

The application fee is $50 per adult. Income requirement is 2.5x monthly rent. Housing vouchers are welcome and every applicant is screened using the same criteria in the same order.

How do I schedule a tour?

Send a tour request from any listing. We tour seven days a week, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday to Friday and 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM Saturday and Sunday.

Residents submit work orders in the resident portal. Urgent issues are answered within 24 hours.

What happens after I am approved?

Lease signing runs within 5 days of approval. Move in balance is due at signing and never later than 5 days before move in.

What do you need to prepare a proposal?
