Messaging terms (SMS)

Program name: Etico Portal, operated by Etico Management.

What we send: tour confirmations and reminders, application status, lease renewal notices, rent balance reminders, deposit notices, and maintenance updates. You receive messages only after you give consent, and consent is not a condition of rental or of any service.

• Message frequency varies.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to cancel. We reply once to confirm and then send nothing further until you opt back in. STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, and QUIT all work, in English or Spanish.
• Reply HELP for help. You receive our name, our phone number, our leasing email, and a reminder that you can reply STOP to stop texts.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and your device, and we cannot guarantee that any single message arrives.

We never sell phone numbers, and we do not share SMS consent or phone numbers with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

Use of this site

This site is provided for people looking for a home with us, residents, and property owners considering our management. Do not use it to scrape data, send automated submissions, probe our systems, or impersonate another person. Forms are for genuine inquiries. We may decline or remove submissions that are abusive or automated.

Listings, pricing, and availability

Listings are drawn from DoorLoop, our system of record, and are refreshed regularly. Rents, terms, availability dates, photos, and features can change without notice, and a unit shown here may be leased before you reach us. Nothing on this site is an offer or a binding reservation. Square footage, room counts, and neighborhood descriptions are approximate and describe the property, not any person or household. If something on a listing looks wrong, tell us and we will correct it.

Applications and screening

Applications, screening, documents, and lease signing happen in DoorLoop under DoorLoop's own terms and privacy policy. Fees, criteria, and timelines are stated where you apply. Every applicant is screened with the same criteria in the same order, and housing vouchers are welcome.
