- Two most recent pay stubs or 60 days of bank statements.
- Application fee: $50 per adult.
- Income requirement: 2.5x monthly rent.
- Screening decision within 48 hours of a complete application.
- Lease signing within 5 days of approval.
- Move in balance is due at signing and never later than 5 days before move in.
