Prior experience with Bozzuto Management, and led residential operations for Common Living, formerly the largest co-living and furnished rental operator nationally. Harrison helped start Etico after noticing a missing market for operations experts at buildings 4-50 units in size. Harrison closely manages all operations, but focuses on the leasing, marketing, resident retention, and revenue growth sides of the management business.

Starting at Bozzuto Management in New York City, Sam has many years of experience as a property manager, investment property owner and syndicator. Sam was brought on to the Etico Management team to provide an ownership perspective and focus on daily operations, client partnerships and maximizing property revenue and growth.

Crystal is originally from Chicago and now based in Miami, bringing over four years of experience in real estate, specializing in leasing and property management. At Etico, she is passionate about building not just properties, but communities. She creates a welcoming, well-managed environment where residents feel valued and at home. With a strong emphasis on community engagement and resident satisfaction, Crystal ensures every resident enjoys a positive living experience. She leverage strategic marketing to maximize occupancy and support successful leasing outcomes, always with the resident’s needs at the forefront.
She prides herself on building lasting relationships and collaborating closely with residents, property owners, and maintenance teams to keep operations running smoothly and efficiently. It is all about delivering excellent service and fostering communities where people love to live
Residential Maintenance Supervisor
Omar has over 3 years of experience in residential maintenance and a background in electronics. Over the years, I’ve worked in plumbing, remodeling, landscaping, and pest control—always focused on doing the job right and providing lasting solutions.
I believe in having direct contact with each resident to truly understand their needs and deliver a personalized, professional, and approachable service. I work in both English and Spanish to make communication smooth and effective.
